STUNNING!! What a place, only wish I had more time here to do more walks. Stayed on the South Rim, drove to the East Rim to get sunset pictures, and the following day flew over it for 50 min in a Helicopter.

Great place for boats, but pretty bland otherwise. The views on the lake were superb, plenty of very nice speedboats about.

Stayed in the Mandalay Bay hotel. Done all the rides on the Stratosphere, all the hotels, roller coasters etc. Vegas Rocks!!! Route 66 we stopped in some Caves (Grand Canyon Caves), very interesting stop, well worthwhile!!

Big, thats the best word to describe LA. Done as much as we could in 3 days, Disney, Universal Studios, Santa Monica and Boulevard, Venice beach (Baywatch), Long Beach, Queen Mary ship etc.

Out in the desert.. Very hot, but soon cooled when we went up the worlds largest revolving cable car to 10,000ft. Then there was a forrest at the top, crazy. Worst bit, Restaurants SHUT at 9pm!!!!

This is where i'd like to move to, so Mr Visa man, please let me live here. The people are friendly, San Fran varies so much in such a short space, plus the bay views are brilliant. Alcatraz is well worth a visit, as is a tram ride and cable car ride.

Lovely views. We ended up going for a short walk, that turned out to be over 5 miles lol. So many stunning waterfalls. Again needed more time to do more walks!
